Slab Built Shrine/ Alcove Making. Suitable for all abilities.

Using firm slabs of clay we will design construct and create a small shrine either wall hung or freestanding.  We will use coloured slips and oxides to create a vibrant surface and raw glaze our work with a transparent glaze ready to be fired and collected a couple of weeks later.

Bring a packed lunch and a HAIRDRYER to dry your clay.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
